This job family programs and configures end user applications, systems, databases and websites to achieve the organization's internal needs and externally-facing business needs. Application Development & Maintenance partners with business leaders, investigates user needs and conducts regular assessments, maintenance and enhancements of existing applications.The eCommerce Technical Lead, Application Development and Maintenance, will provide hands-on technical leadership for a globally distributed software development team consisting of technical leads and engineers. This role is responsible for the architecture, design, development, and ongoing maintenance of scalable, high-performance eCommerce platforms supporting a multi-year modernization roadmap. The ideal candidate demonstrates deep expertise in modern digital technologies, cloud-native architectures, and industry best practices, along with proven experience leading large onshore and offshore engineering teams.
