A company is looking for a Program Director (Linguistic Validation).Key ResponsibilitiesEngages with customers as a senior operational leader and leads teams to execute defined solutionsAnalyzes performance metrics and implements process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and profitabilityCollaborates with leadership to forecast operational revenue and manages client onboarding and relationship managementRequired QualificationsCollege/university degree in Business, English, Foreign Language, Social or Applied Science, or related field10-12 years of experience in coordinating complex projects within the translation/localization industryMinimum of eight years in customer service/account management, with five years in the translation industryDemonstrated leadership experience of at least six years with a progressive record in managementExperience in a fast-growing, publicly traded international company is preferred
