A company is looking for a Communications Systems Test Engineer.Key Responsibilities:Assist in selecting and purchasing lab equipment for optical communication system qualificationSet up and conduct lab experiments to evaluate coherent optical modemsAnalyze results and support debugging and optimization of modem performanceRequired Qualifications:Active security clearance or eligibility to obtain oneBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, or a related field2-5 years of hands-on lab experience with high-speed communication systemsSolid understanding of Communication Theory and Digital Signal ProcessingProficiency with Matlab and/or Python for data analysis and test automation
