A company is looking for a Mobile Therapy Administrative Assistant.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide quality customer service to patients and vendors interacting with Mobile TherapyVerify patient insurance eligibility, obtain pre-authorizations, and maintain accurate schedules for mobile therapist contractorsTrack visit limits, authorizations, and communicate with the Mobile Therapy Director regarding any issuesRequired Qualifications and EducationA minimum of a High School DiplomaExperience and proficiency working with computers and electronic medical recordsStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environmentThorough knowledge of CPT & ICD-10 coding procedures and Medicare billingMust be available weekday evenings when necessary
