A company is looking for a Staff Associate to grow middle school and high school ministry in the Indio/Coachella area.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Area Director to develop and implement a ministry plan for Coachella Valley High SchoolLead and participate in direct ministry activities such as club, campaigners, and outreach at local schoolsRecruit, train, and support volunteer leaders to enhance middle school outreach effortsRequired QualificationsA healthy, growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ and active participation in a local churchA passion for middle school and high school ministryExperience as a Young Life volunteer leader or equivalentProven relational and leadership abilities with youth and adultsWillingness to raise personal financial support and commit to a two to three-year tenure
