Job Description:
The Sr. Solution Engineer II partners closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth and is accountable for contributing to quota attainment through clinical AI solution bookings. The ideal candidate brings demonstrated experience working directly with healthcare providers and is comfortable operating within a quota-carrying sales environment. This role leverages deep solution knowledge to support and advance sales opportunities.
This role translates customers' business and clinical practice challenges into impactful solutions and workflow recommendations-including AI-powered clinical tools that streamline documentation, enhance provider efficiency, and improve the overall care experience. The Sr. Solution Engineer II also clearly articulates the value proposition that NextGen brings to prospects and customers.
The role contributes to business planning and go-to-market strategies, supports tailored product demonstrations, and delivers end-to-end workflow presentations across the pre- and post-sales lifecycle. It also serves as a solution SME in RFP responses and supports trial engagements and customer adoption through hands-on, real-world application of the solution.
