A company is looking for a Styling Enablement Communications Associate.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize internal knowledge libraries and self-serve tools for accuracy and scalabilityLead planning and coordination of cross-functional meetings and focus groups, ensuring stakeholder alignment and follow-throughServe as the primary editorial gatekeeper for Styling communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and adherence to standardsRequired Qualifications4+ years of experience in internal communications and/or retail operations enablement rolesAt least 2 years of experience working with large-scale remote teamsFamiliarity with project management tools and experience with intranet platforms (preferred but not required)Proven success working cross-functionally and asynchronously in a remote environmentDriven by a desire to improve operational efficiency and support team success
