OverviewWe're looking for motivated and personable Japanese speaking Retail Sales Associates to join our successful retail teams onboard cruise ships travelling around the world.Do you have proven experience of providing excellent customer service? Following your first contract you could be anywhere in the world .. our cruise line partners operate in the Caribbean, Alaska, Mediterranean, World Cruises and more!Create exceptional and memorable retail experiences for guests on boardMaximise sales by promoting a quality range of products through a variety of in-store eventsDevelop detailed and extensive knowledge of all products as well as the brand cultureParticipate in promotional events such as fashion shows and presentationsLiaise on a daily basis with Japanese guests and provide translation services for other team membersMaintain good stock control and impeccable visual merchandising standards in storeWhat you'll bringStrong retail background, ideally with knowledge of premium productsFluent Japanese speaking skills, as well as conversational English, is essentialExcellent face to face customer service and sales ability, utilising strong communication and interpersonal skillsMotivation and drive to achieve and exceed sales targetsA solid work ethic, able to adapt to change and thrive in high energy environmentsA team player attitude, able to take initiative and be flexible in your role requirementsA good level of physical fitness is requiredWhat you'll getCompetitive salary and target-based commission structureNo bills!
