Pay Range: $60.00 - $70.00 Per Hour

Job Summary:
Join us as a Senior Technical Program Manager and influence the direction of strategic programs, fostering alignment with our overall business goals. You will champion and drive organizational change, promote continuous improvement, and deliver exceptional results through effective program management. Additionally, you will mentor other program managers, and lead initiatives that employ cutting-edge AI-native technologies in a platform environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive strategic initiatives in collaboration with VP and higher-level leaders, aligning with and accelerating business outcomes.
• Champion organizational culture enhancement, fostering collaboration and open communication while navigating and leading change.
• Develop and execute comprehensive program plans; utilize data to monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure clear communication with stakeholders.
• Define and implement industry-leading program management practices; coach and mentor peers.
• Apply deep technical expertise in software development methodologies and AI-native technologies to influence product directions and technical decisions.

Must Have Skills:

• Proven experience in leadership and delivery of complex technical programs.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence various stakeholders.
• Strategic analysis and data-driven decision-making capabilities.

Industry Experience Required:

• Experience in software development or related technical fields.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and AI/ML concepts is highly advantageous.
