• Outpatient or primary care experience preferred
• BLS required; additional certifications (ACLS, PALS) a plus

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

• Perform patient assessments, vital signs, and screenings
• Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments as ordered
• Assist providers with patient care and procedures
• Educate patients on disease prevention, self-care, and healthy lifestyle choices
• Coordinate care, referrals, and follow-ups
• Document patient care accurately in the medical record
• Maintain compliance with clinical, safety, and regulatory standards
