Evaluating and diagnosing respiratory and cardiovascular conditions
Willing to complete DMA training to become DMA certified
Current home address must be included in the application
Self-query NPDB required

Description:
Seeking General Medicine Providers to perform Compensation Pension exams and Separation Health Assessments.
Providers can offer coverage in their own office location if they have access to see Veterans.
Exams are primarily interview-based with some physical assessments.
No prescribing or treatment involved.
Quick credentialing onboarding.
Exams include range of motion testing and muscle strength testing.
Providers from family medicine, internal medicine, orthopedic surgery, or with experience in general medicine are encouraged to apply.
Local candidates are preferred to minimize travel.
Follow-up administrative work will be needed regularly.
Is the provider active military duty, in the reserves, or currently employed with the VA?
Questions regarding availability for certain days of the week should be indicated in the application.
A copy of the ECFMG certificate is required for graduates from international schools.
Self-query NPDB must be pulled within 30 days prior to application.
