Job Title: Bilingual Client Support Analyst (Portuguese/English) - Hybrid
Location: Miami, FL 33131
Pay Rate: $32.06/hour on W2 (paid weekly)
Schedule: Hybrid from Monday-Friday, 7am to 4pm EST
Start Date: ASAP, pending onboarding completion
Contract Length: 12-months, with possibility of extension or conversion to full-time depending on business need, performance, attendance

Overview
This role serves as the first point of contact for inquiries from high-revenue clients in Brazil and across Latin America. You will provide technical support, training, and education on our systems while ensuring exceptional client service. The position is based in Miami, FL, with work hours aligned to Brazil business hours (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST). Candidates must be fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus. This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via email or phone.
  • Analyze, prioritize, and resolve requests related to treasury, cash management, card, and depository products.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners to resolve client issues and provide technical support.
  • Act as a technical liaison, supporting system modifications, implementations, and conversions.
  • Translate business needs into formal requirements and participate in application design and development.
  • Manage multiple systems while interacting with clients to ensure timely and accurate resolutions.
  • Participate in special initiatives and projects as an individual contributor.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide a positive customer experience through creative solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
  • 1-2 years in banking or financial services.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer-facing experience.
  • Preferred: 3+ years in technical support or banking services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously.
  • IT degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Active listening and critical thinking.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving and quality assurance focus.
  • Relationship building and collaboration.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to ongoing changes.
