We are hiring motivated individuals for a remote insurance sales role working with families across the United States.

This is a 1099, commission-based position and not a traditional hourly or salariedjob. The role is best suited for individuals who are self-directed, coachable, and comfortable with performance-based compensation.

All work is completed from home using phone and Zoom.What You'll Be Doing

• Meeting virtually with families who have requested information
• Assessing protection needs and explaining coverage options
• Helping clients select life insurance solutions that fit their goals and budget
• Completing applications and follow-up
• Participating in training, coaching, and team calls

No cold calling. Leads are available.Training & Support

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable internet and a quiet workspace
• Basic computer and communication skills
• Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain with guidance)

Compensation*

• 100% commission-based (no cap)
• Paid per policy placed
• Income depends on activity, consistency, and time invested
