- Provide support for cross-functional teams responsible for driving efficient processing of automated workflows.
- The Operations Analyst's roles and responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain operations workflows, ensure that processing and service level targets are met, troubleshoot and coordinate the identification and resolution of issues with internal stakeholders, and communicate status changes to external stakeholders
- Assist in generating, reviewing, analyzing, and potentially creating operational reports and queries to monitor metrics associated with the success of automated workflows
- Work with stakeholders to understand pain points, assess enhancement requests, and monitor existing requests
- DevOps
- Deep analytical skills and ability to formulate data-driven recommendations
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Data analysis experience (Excel, Tableau, SQL, Python)
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships and working with cross-functional teams
- Public Trust clearance (Can start with Interim)
- 2+ years experience in business operations, project management, or data analytics - prior experience as an ops lead preferred
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Blueworks Live, Confluence)
