Position:Brandgility Template QA
Location:100% remote, but candidates must be based in and working from the East Coast US time zone (EST/EDT)
Estimated Duration: The client approximates that this project will last until the end of April with very strong possibility to extend. However, there is no guarantee of employment for any length of time.
Pay Rate Range:$28-$33/hr. (paid weekly on W2)
Project Description:We are seeking a meticulous and quality-focused individual to join our team with our International Client as a Template QA. In this role, you will be responsible for performing quality assurance on interactive design templates. These templates are based on Adobe InDesign files and are used by employees to produce on-brand materials.
The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and a structured, logical mindset. You enjoy working through test cases, identifying inconsistencies, and maintaining high standards of quality in digital work.
Day to Day Responsibilities/typical day look like:
- Test interactive templates for functionality, layout accuracy, and usability
- Verify that templates adhere to brand guidelines and creative specifications
- Check for logic errors, broken elements, and formatting issues within Brandgility templates
- Document issues clearly and communicate them to the development team for resolution
- Retest and validate fixes to ensure issues are fully resolved
- Support the quality review process during key project milestones and final delivery
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Qualifications in Quality Assurance
- Experience with QA testing for digital templates or web applications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to follow test plans and QA checklists
- Must be based in the East Coast US timezone
Preferred (but not required):
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (especially InDesign)
- Experience with template systems or Digital Asset Management tool
