Requirements Analyst (Hybrid)

Location: Arlington, VA (Hybrid)
Clearance: Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain DHS suitability clearance, as required by federal contract.

Summary:
The Requirements Analyst will work with DHS CISA stakeholders to document business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and support process improvements that drive digital transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Develop process maps, functional specifications, and use cases.
• Support Agile backlog refinement, sprint planning, and user story development.
• Ensure traceability between business requirements and delivered technical solutions.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and program teams to validate requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in business or requirements analysis.
• Strong skills in process mapping, requirements documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence preferred.
