What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Respond to and resolve customer requests related to bank products and services in the call center
  • Process inbound calls, providing information on account questions, product services, and digital banking
  • De-escalate customer issues and escort to a supervisor when necessary
  • Maintain knowledge of banking products and services to assist customers effectively
  • Meet departmental service level standards for call handling and customer satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in a banking or financial institution
  • Minimum of one year of contact center experience or equivalent
  • Ability to type with speed and accuracy
  • Expertise in using personal computers, Android, and Apple products

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with outbound calling and sales preferred
  • Familiarity with banking policies and procedures
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to adapt quickly to changes in a remote work setting
