LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a local public accounting firm in the Oklahoma City, OK area to fill an Audit Senior position. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work remotely while also engaging with our Oklahoma City office for key meetings and collaboration. As an Audit Senior, you will lead audit engagements, mentor junior staff, and ensure the highest quality of service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients.
  
• Review financial statements and ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory standards.
  
• Supervise and mentor audit staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.
  
• Identify and communicate audit issues and recommend solutions.
  
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  
• CPA certification or progress toward certification preferred.
  
• 3+ years of public accounting audit experience.
  
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards and procedures.
  
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  
• Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
