Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a skilled Labor & Employment Associate for its Chicago, IL office. This role requires three to five years of experience in employment litigation, where the ideal candidate will handle a range of responsibilities including drafting, discovery, and motion practice. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team within a prestigious firm.

Key Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Illinois State Bar License: Must be licensed to practice law in Illinois.
• Experience: 3-5 years of employment litigation experience, including drafting and responding to discovery, initial pleadings, and motions.
• Preferred Background: Large law firm experience is strongly preferred.

• Research & Writing: Demonstrated excellence in research and writing, with a solid academic record.
• Attention to Detail: Close visual acuity required for preparing and analyzing data, reviewing complex information, and engaging in extensive reading.
