Mission & Impact

The Social Media Live Streaming Host is a vital role responsible for directly driving sales and boosting brand visibility. You will be the face of Naley Naturals during live social media engagement, showcasing our products' effectiveness and benefits to a broad, engaged audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Host engaging live streams primarily on TikTok to effectively showcase and sell our skincare products.
  • Conduct thorough research on product ingredients, benefits, and usage to educate consumers accurately during live sessions.
  • Manage live-stream software and expertly utilize TikTok's features (e.g., shopping links, polls, Q&A) to maximize viewer engagement and conversion.
  • Develop and create compelling promotional content (e.g., short videos, teasers) for social media channels to drive attendance to live events.
  • Actively interact with live viewers, answering questions, addressing concerns, and strategically promoting sales and special offers.
Qualifications
Must-Have
  • Proven, previous experience with live streaming, with a strong preference for experience on TikTok.
  • Strong communication skills, a clear speaking voice, and an engaging, energetic personality suited for live audience interaction.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and articulate complex information about skincare products and their benefits.
  • High level of comfort using technology, live-streaming software, and mobile platforms.
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience within the skincare or beauty industries.
  • Familiarity with current social media marketing strategies and e-commerce trends.
  • A background in consistently engaging and growing an audience through online platforms.
Success Metrics (KPIs)

Performance in this role will be measured by the following Key Performance Indicators:
  • Monthly sales figures directly attributed to live streaming sessions.
  • Audience engagement rate (including comments, shares, and likes) measured during live events.
