Problem-solving with a purpose. As a Technical Solutions Engineer at Epic, youll work on software that impacts 305 million patients around the world. Youll diagnose problems, identify solutions, and manage the implementation of those solutions, sometimes across multiple physical locations and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose problems and identify solutions, then manage the implementation of those solutions.
  • Tackle mission-critical and complex problems in collaboration with customer counterparts.
  • Work across multiple locations and stakeholders to deliver effective outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or greater
  • A history of academic excellence or professional success
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to customer locations
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
  • Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
  • COVID-19 vaccination
