About the Team

The Zoom Industry Verticals Product Team is committed to delivering AI-driven solutions tailored to meet specific industry needs. Collaborate with talented designers, engineers, product leaders, and GTM teams passionate about transforming communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product strategy focusing on enterprise-grade admin controls, data security, governance, and compliance features within Zoom Workplace and Business Services.

• Develop tools for compliance, including Data Loss Prevention (DLP), eDiscovery, information barriers, and legal holds.

• Engage with enterprise and financial services clients to identify their data, security, and compliance needs, translating these into innovative product solutions.

• Address compliance requirements for Zoom AI Companion.

• Set and track success metrics and product KPIs related to enterprise customer adoption.

• Analyze competitive products to pinpoint differentiation opportunities.

• Work closely with Compliance partners to create integrated solutions for our joint customers.

What We're Looking For

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• 12+ years of product management experience with a strong record of launching successful products.

• Expertise in enterprise SaaS or UCaaS platforms, particularly in admin tooling and security.

• Strong technical skills; comfortable collaborating with engineering on architecture, APIs, and data flows.

• Experience working with InfoSec, Legal, and IT stakeholders, including VP/C-level figures at Fortune 1000 companies.

• Excellent communication and influencing abilities, representing the customer voice effectively.

• Familiarity with MSFT Purview is a plus.

• Experience in the Financial Services industry is advantageous.

Salary Range

The salary for this role ranges from $171,800.00 to $375,900.00, depending on experience and qualifications.
