Job Description

Title: Senior Product Manager - Rapid Prototyping

Norstella is seeking a skilled and dynamic professional with a background in Market Access to join our team. Are you passionate about turning emerging technologies into real-world value, fast? Do you thrive in spaces where ideas move quickly from concept to customer? We are looking for a creative innovator who believes building, testing, and learning at speed is the best way to unlock new growth in the market.

You'll be at the heart of our efforts to launch breakthrough offerings grounded in rapid prototyping, AI, and relentless customer focus. Working across teams and directly with customers, your job is to spot opportunities, bring them to life quickly, and gather the proof points that move our business forward.

Responsibilities

  • Prototype what's next: Harness AI tools and no-code platforms to rapidly build and test market-ready concepts—often in days, not months.
  • Validate in the field: Lead experiments, and co-creation sessions with customers to make sure our offerings hit real market needs.
  • Ignite a learn-fast and AI-first culture: Champion experimentation, data-driven learning, and agile pivots—enabling us to move boldly and scale what works. Lead by example and share your experience with peers to help accelerate innovation.
  • Shape new business: Translate early wins into compelling market offerings, helping us grow new revenue streams and stake out future markets.
  • Partner for impact: Collaborate with internal teams and visionary customers alike, working as the high-energy catalyst behind next-gen market plays.
  • Work on identifying market patterns and evolving trends that will shape new product ideas and innovation in the portfolio.
  • Define, refine, and communicate product vision, goals, and user stories to the development team and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with the development team to translate requirements into actionable tasks and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify market needs and drive product enhancements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment on product strategy and roadmap.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related questions, issues, and updates from stakeholders and clients.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the market, industry regulations, and market access challenges to inform product decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the UX/UI design team to create intuitive and user-friendly product interfaces.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • All other duties, as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Product Management or Market Development and/or Innovation, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.

  • You're fluent with rapid prototyping tools, low code/AI assistants or have developed AI-powered products within an enterprise setting and thrive outside your comfort zone. You get energized by customers—their challenges, feedback, and that "aha!" moment when you co-create something that clicks.

  • You've led, launched, or delivered business-impacting initiatives that didn't exist before you.

  • You thrive on collaboration, quick feedback loops, and making smarter bets, faster.

  • Proven experience in managing product backlogs, defining user stories, and prioritizing features.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.

Preferred

  • Background in Market Access within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.

  • Experience using SQL or other data access tools to enable self-discovery of data.

  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and regulatory bodies.

Note: All candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. We do not provide visa sponsorship or transfers. We are not currently accepting candidates who are on an OPT visa.

Benefits

  • Medical and Prescription Drug Benefits

  • Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)

  • Dental & Vision Benefits

  • Basic Life and AD&D Benefits

  • 401k Retirement Plan with Company Match

  • Company Paid Short & Long-Term Disability

  • Paid Parental Leave

  • Open Vacation Policy & Company Holidays

Salary note: The expected base salary for this position ranges from $160,000 to $180,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
