Remote position. The Director of Product Management will lead the Lenovo XR Business Unit's technical product roadmap and long-term strategy. This role will involve owning key relationships for the XR business and overseeing the product management strategy for our end-to-end One Lenovo XR Solutions. The Director will drive the development, execution, and delivery of innovative solutions that extend beyond our current product portfolio, aligning with strategic business goals and technological advancements. The Director will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to build impactful and scalable product management strategies, ensuring successful execution and measurable outcomes.
Key responsibilities include defining and owning the XR technical product strategy and long-term roadmap, leading the creation and maintenance of detailed product roadmaps, working closely with internal and external teams to drive collaboration, managing relationships with strategic technology and business partners, and owning and tracking KPIs including Proof-of-Concept success, revenue growth, and partner/stakeholder feedback.
Basic qualifications include 15+ years of relevant work experience with at least 5+ years of people management experience, expertise in product lifecycle management, experience in managing and driving value from strategic long-term relationships with external partners, deep understanding of E2E industry solutions and emerging technologies within the XR space, and a proven track record of managing and influencing multiple internal and external stakeholders across complex programs.
