What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the Casualty cell within the Programs portfolio, including production of indications, reviews, and pricing exhibits
- Coordinate forecasting and planning across the Casualty cell
- Prepare and present actuarial findings to both technical and non-technical audiences at the senior leadership level
- Lead cross-functional peer reviews to enhance collaboration and drive innovation
- Apply data mining techniques to identify new relationships in data and make recommendations based on findings

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance, focusing on pricing casualty lines of business
- Proven skills in actuarial pricing and project leadership
- Strong organizational and effective communication skills with a professional presence
- Bachelors degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, data science, or a related field
- Candidates should have attained ACAS and be working towards FCAS, or have deep knowledge in casualty pricing

- Experience with predictive modeling and advanced actuarial methodologies
- Familiarity with actuarial software and analytical tools
- Ability to build and validate models using various software packages
- Experience in leading onboarding and training for new associates
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
