Job Details

Under general supervision of the Director, this position is responsible for coordinating/processing of the medical staff/advance practice appointment and reappointment applications for Bartlett Regional Hospital and Petersburg Medical Center. Independently supports the hospitals medical credentialing needs for physician, advance practice clinician, medical student, job shadows, medical resident, and Access to Services providers. The position is a subject matter expert in a defined functional area where decisions may directly impact patient care, accreditations, or community perception of Bartlett Hospital. This position works collaboratively with clinical administrators, locum tenens agencies, hospital department, leadership, and providers to ensure the credentialing process meets industry standards prior to recommending to committee.
