The Senior Data Center Mechanical Engineer, Hydraulics shall support hyperscale data center construction programs as a mechanical engineer with a focus on hydraulic modeling. This includes the hydraulic modeling of piping systems, reviewing hydraulic models produced by consultants and providing feedback, and general design work. - - What youll do - - Review and assist technical development of mechanical systems (both airside & waterside) for hyperscale data centers including campus planning, general layout/arrangements, CFD & noise modeling, climate data evaluations, hydraulic analyses, pipe sizing, bin hour analyses, etc. Oversee A/ E design consultants and provide direction or escalation in accordance with established engineering standards. Peer review A/ E design consultants deliverables including drawing sets, specifications, sequence of operations, calculations, models, etc. and provide comments & resolutions in accordance with established engineering standards.
