Our Organization, Mission, and Culture:The Legislative Finance Division provides non-partisan budgetary and fiscal analysis to the Alaska Legislature. We are a small team (10 total employees, including six fiscal analysts) that offers a flexible, family-friendly work environment with an experienced and knowledgeable team. This position offers a flexible work schedule during the interim between sessions, including the ability to work remotely at times. The Administrative Officer, under general direction, performs a variety of administrative support tasks in areas of budget preparation and financial monitoring, assisting with the fiscal note process, accounts payable, purchasing, personnel/payroll, office management and other duties as assigned.
