Under general supervision of the Human Resources Director, the Human Resources (HR) Assistant performs administrative support services as well as entry level technical work in support of the Human Resources and Staff Development teams. The HR Assistant role blends the functions of administrative support and entry level systems administration. Duties include being the primary point of contact for walk ins, phone calls and emails to the departments; coordinating the New Employee Orientation (NEO) process; prepping invoicing for payment collection and receipts for credit card reconciliation; and maintaining employee files and training instructor records.
