Seeking an experienced Workday Project Manager to lead and support a 20-month Workday implementation project, working remotely in the Alaska Time Zone.

The Workday Project Manager will serve as the client-side lead for a major Workday implementation, providing oversight and coordination between stakeholders, the implementation team, and Workday Services. This role requires strong project management expertise, particularly in Workday deployments, and includes managing project timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables.

• This position is remote with minimal to no travel required.
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in enterprise software implementations
• Previous experience managing Workday implementation projects
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• PMP certification preferred
• Experience working with healthcare organizations preferred
• Ability to work Alaska business hours
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
• Experience with change management and organizational readiness
• Bachelor's degree in related field
