Are you ready to take the next big step in your career? We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager for our Construction team. This is a unique opportunity to join a progressive, fast-paced organization that values teamwork, initiative, and results. This role will offer you the chance to work on a variety of life science and biotech/biopharma construction projects, providing you with unique experiences and challenges to enhance your career.
Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, from initial planning to completion. Your duties will include, but are not limited to
- Leading and managing project teams to ensure successful completion of projects within specified timelines and budgets.
- Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, including resource allocation, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinating with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and expectations.
- Identifying potential project risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Ensuring that all projects comply with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Providing regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders, including progress reports, budget updates, and risk assessments.
- Continually improving project management processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality.
To be considered for this exciting role, you will need
- A minimum of 5-15 years of experience in construction project management/construction management
- A minimum of 5-15 years of experience in life science construction or something relevant
- A proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- A strong understanding of construction industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- The ability to effectively manage project risks and ensure project success.
- A commitment to continuous learning and improvement in project management practices.
