Join our innovative team as a Solutions Architect for Talent Community. This role is essential in developing cutting-edge solutions based on opportunities identified by our business development and account executives. Key Responsibilities:

• Generate accurate cost estimates following company standards using advanced pricing tools.
• Create compelling proposal content that effectively communicates the proposed solutions, including technical descriptions and architectural alternatives.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies into our solution offerings while collaborating with delivery teams for optimum applicability and training.
• Define and oversee the development of essential applications for the software platforms we utilize, including Niagara, SkySpark, DGLux, among others.
• Support sales teams in customer-facing activities, including presentations, demonstrations, webinars, and trade shows.

Qualifications:

• A four-year degree in Engineering or a minimum of five years of experience in Engineering or Sales and Business Development.
• At least five years of Engineering experience with a proven track record in technical sales for a minimum of three years.

Skills Required:

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in using Windows-based computers.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

This position requires travel, including overnight trips. As a Solutions Architect for Talent Community, you will have the opportunity to set your project deadlines and make impactful decisions that align with company policies and procedures.
