The Application Development & Maintenance team plays a crucial role in overseeing the development, delivery, and operation of computing and information services. This team anticipates, plans, and executes IT solutions and strategies that enhance operational effectiveness and drive business value. We focus on configuring and coding to develop, enhance, and sustain our organization's software systems within a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

This role is part of the SAP Basis team with a focus on supporting our SAP landscape and its core functionalities. Your contributions will consist of day-to-day support, implementation of new functionalities, and adherence to SAP best practices aimed at continuously improving our IT business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute technical projects related to SAP upgrades, implementations, and enhancements including SAP applications (ERP 6.0, S42021 Hana, Fiori, SCM, and more).
• Perform daily administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and tuning of a complex SAP production environment.
• Analyze production and test system issues, determine causes, and implement timely corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Unix/Linux/Windows Administrators on capacity planning and performance tuning for servers housed in GCP cloud.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and provide support for both SAP application teams during development and implementation projects.
• Support High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) initiatives.
• Assist in configuration and setup of printers as necessary.
• Engage with business process owners to present solutions and gather requirements.

Qualifications:

• 4-8 years of experience, with a preferred Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive SAP Basis Administration experience, including hands-on involvement with SAP implementations and upgrades.
• Experience with SAP HANA, ECC, S/4, and related SAP product suites.
• Understanding of SAP ABAP & Java systems environment is essential.
• Knowledge of Linux/DB2 database administration is preferred.
• General knowledge of other operating systems, including Windows and RHEL/Suse, is desirable.
