Join our team as a Business Analyst focusing on Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives. In this role, you will play a critical part in consulting, analyzing, and delivering solutions that support our organization's security measures. Your expertise will be vital in driving clarity and alignment across various teams while ensuring secure and seamless access management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with corporate security controls and standards related to IAM.
• Articulate, document, and validate complex business requirements using a structured requirements process.
• Develop comprehensive business requirements for assigned areas of responsibility.
• Safeguard client and company information resources against unauthorized access and potential risks.
• Identify areas needing improvement in data security policies and provide guidance to team members.
• Support and maintain Security Administration tools and facilitate change management.
• Partner with information security leadership to devise solutions addressing identified risks.
• Mentor junior team members and assist them in their professional development.
• Be available for on-call support to provide security-related assistance for various systems and users.

What We Are Looking For:

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4 years in lieu of a degree).
• 3 - 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis directly related to IAM.
• Strong analytical skills in reviewing complex data sources and understanding data flow.
• Experience with data models and the workflow of applications.
