Join ASM Research in supporting the Military OneSource Program, which provides invaluable services to military members and their families worldwide. As a Journeyman SharePoint Developer, you'll play a key role in enhancing our software solutions to serve over 4.7 million participants through an accessible 24/7 contact center.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing, coding, testing, and debugging SharePoint software.
• Leading complex development projects and mentoring junior developers.
• Designing user-friendly interfaces and ensuring they meet security and accessibility guidelines.
• Collaborating with content creators and designers to translate their needs into effective software solutions.
• Preparing functional specifications and overseeing the software development lifecycle.
• Providing technical guidance on navigation, search engine techniques, and other web development challenges.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• A Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in SharePoint development, or 9 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Strong expertise in Java, C#, HTML, JavaScript, and other programming languages.
• Current DoD Secret security clearance and certification as a Microsoft 365 Teams Administrator Associate.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Compensation ranges from $96,761 to $110,000 based on various factors including experience and qualifications.
