As the Director of Business Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's strategic approach to data and technology. You will be responsible for leading all business analytic processes, including documentation, project planning, development, testing, implementation, and reporting. Collaborating with business leaders, you'll help create policies and execute corporate initiatives to drive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technology-focused strategic planning initiatives.
• Ensure successful design, implementation, and acceptance of custom programming and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions.
• Keep senior management informed about ongoing technology projects and potential issues.
• Act as the primary liaison between business units, IT, and external vendors.
• Engage with various stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate project progress.
• Assess software and hardware options, making recommendations for system purchases.
• Design and develop business metrics that promote accountability and operational effectiveness.
• Mentor and evaluate your team, fostering their professional growth.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a management role.
• Experience in Project Management, Business Analytics, and preferably in the commercial real estate industry.
• Advanced skills in financial modeling, planning, and database management.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.

Our minimum salary for this role is $120,000 annually, with the potential for up to $150,000 based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, this position offers a comprehensive benefits package including 401(K), health, dental, life, and vision insurance.
