Pay Range: $19.46 - $26.37 per hour, or an aggregate of $21.89 - $29.66 with 12 hours of overtime factored in.

JAMHI Health & Wellness, Inc. is looking for a day shift Behavioral Health Associate to our team!

Behavioral Health Associates are vital members of the Community Housing team and provided necessary oversight in our residential properties. Daily work consists of monitoring residents in our supportive living homes, encouraging residents to maintain a clean environment, and daily meal prep. You may be asked to accompany residents on group outings or participate in group activities, so a valid drivers license and personal insurance is required.

This is a full time, night shift position, that works 12-hour shifts. Shifts are from 7:30 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. on a rotating 3 days-a-week and 4 days-a-week schedule. Overtime is paid for any work over 12 hours in a day, or 36 hours in a week.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma/GED; postsecondary education.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience providing direct service in the field of human services, preferred

All JAMHI positions require the ability to pass a criminal background check in accordance with the current state regulation requirements and a valid Alaska driver's license and be able to clear the JAMHI auto insurance screening through the independent insurance carrier if driving.
