JAMHI Health & Wellness, Inc. is seeking a mission-driven and skilled CHSS Support Specialist Supervisor to guide and support our team of Support Specialists. Reporting to the Director of Community Housing & Support Services (CHSS), this role provides both clinical and operational oversight of client care plans, ensuring they're coordinated, effective, and aligned with therapeutic goals. You'll work closely with clinicians, offer structured coaching to staff, and serve as a key connector between team operations and leadership-helping to surface system-level challenges and drive solutions.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is committed to delivering high-quality care that meets complex behavioral health needs while upholding regulatory standards.

This is a full-time, permanent position with working hours of Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Wage placement is based on relevant work experience and education.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree.
  • Related experience can substitute for education on a year for year basis
• Two years of experience providing direct service in the field of human services.
  • Providing direct services with persons experiencing severe mental illness and co-occurring disorders preferred
• One year of supervisory experience.

License/Certification:

• Current CPR Certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to clear JAMHI auto insurance screening.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in social work or another related field.

All JAMHI positions require the ability to pass a criminal background check in accordance with the current state regulation requirements and a valid Alaska driver's license and be able to clear the JAMHI auto insurance screening through the independent insurance carrier and/or if driving

Pay Range: $70,137 - $89,086 per year
