Camouflaj is a global game studio known for developing critically acclaimed VR games such as the award-winning Batman: Arkham Shadow, and Iron Man VR. Audio Director- Camouflaj Games Responsibilities:
Drive Audio Team's creative vision in collaboration with studio leadership
Direct a team of internal and external Sound Designers to achieve creative and technical success in all things audio
Collaborate with the cross functional art and engineering teams to bring industry leading interactive experiences to life through sound
Drive results by using your craft/technical mastery to mentor cross-functional and audio team members
Design, record, and implement SFX, VO, and audio content of all kinds
Minimum Qualifications:

7+ years of experience working as an interactive audio designer/developer
3+ years of experience in a leadership role with experience owning large scope audio features / systems
Proven craft mastery achieving high impact audio outcomes on multiple AAA titles
Proficiency in recording, designing and implementing high quality innovative audio experiences
Demonstrated mastery of driving interactive audio via script and other runtime tools
Experience working in all phases of game development from ideation to pre-production, to ship and post ship states
Self-management, organizational and problem solving skills

Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, and/or Mixed Reality development experience
Programming / Scripting Experience
Experience in narrative games and in-game cinematics
Experience working in Wwise
Experience working in Unity
Public Compensation:
$137,000/year to $191,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
