The Department of Natural Resources, Division of Mining, Land & Water, is recruiting for a Natural Resource Specialist 2/3 in Juneau.

Mission and Values/Culture:
The DNR mission is to develop, conserve, and maximize Alaska's natural resources. The DMLW mission is to manage state-owned land and water for maximum public benefit. The Land Conveyance Section (LCS) supports land entitlement and promotes land ownership for Alaskans, aiding community development.

Located downtown Juneau with parking and access to city amenities. Core hours are 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday. Hybrid telework and travel for field inspections are possible.

Natural Resource Specialist 2 – Salary starting at $2411.25
Qualifications include:
Equivalent to education in natural resource fields or related professional experience.
Natural Resource Specialist 3 – Salary starting at $2778.00
Qualifications include:
Equivalent to education in natural resource or related fields and responsible professional experience.
Prepare required documents for interview: cover letter, performance evaluations or references, driver's license, and resume.
