Assists administrators and other staff members in the orderly, expedient and safe transition of students

Assists with training volunteers and guides assigned groups as requested.

After School Paraprofessional (ASP) – SERRC 21stCentury Community Learning Center Program

Position Characteristics:
The After School Paraprofessional (ASP) provides assistance to certified teachers with in-person instruction, organization, and management strategies, daily pre-planning and enrichment activities at Dillingham Elementary and Middle/High School in Dillingham, Alaska.The Lead Teacher and Program Coordinator supervise this position.

Position Qualifications:
An Associate's Degree or higher in any subject completed at an accredited institution.
OR
Two years of college coursework (60 semester hours or more) earned at an accredited college or university.
OR
A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED and passing scores on the ParaPro Assessment or equivalent credentials
