About You

You are a fully licensed Mental Health Therapist with a Master's degree or higher, holding one of the following licenses (accepted on a state-by-state basis): LMHC, LPCMH, LIMHP, LMFT, LMFTS, LCMFT, LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LCPCS, LPCC-S, LCSW, LICSW, or LCSCW. You possess a valid NPI number and malpractice insurance.
