The Office of the Governor, Division of Administrative Services, is recruiting for an Administrative Support Specialist! Key Responsibilities. Accounting and fiscal management process accounts payable, back up to payroll and procurement. Serve as the Records Officer for the Office of the Governor. The Records Officer is the liaison between the Records & Information Management Services Office and all agencies within the Office of the Governor. Responsible to ensure records are stored and transferred to archives annually and keeps internal files up to date. Serves as backup to the mailroom. Desired Qualifications. A courteous and professional demeanor with excellent customer service. Experience in IRIS, the State of Alaska system for accounting or another accounting system, financial, procurements, payroll and human resource management is preferred but not required.
