The Administrative Assistant 3 serves as a senior administrative resource responsible for high-level coordination of clinical operations, insurance pre-authorizations, data accuracy, and patient workflows. This position operates with substantial autonomy, contributes to training and quality control, and supports multi-departmental integration.
