What You'll Do
Be the first point of contact for customers needing help with installation, troubleshooting, or product info—sometimes in urgent situations like lockouts.
Handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
Walk customers through technical solutions and product features with confidence and clarity.
Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in our system.
Evaluate product issues and determine next steps—repair, replace, or resolve.
Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues when needed.
What You Bring
A passion for helping people and solving problems.
Strong communication skills—clear, friendly, and confident.
Basic computer skills and the ability to type 35+ WPM.
A high school diploma or equivalent.
A self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn technical details.
Bilingual in Spanish or French? That's a big plus!
Bonus Points For
1+ year in a call center or product support role.
Experience in hardware, home improvement, or tech support.
A knack for mechanical or technical problem-solving.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
