Marketing And Communication Assistant

We are a digital marketing agency with a focus on E-mail marketing (E-Commerce) and have become a market leader in the DACH region.

To successfully implement our next growth steps, we are looking for a proactive sales assistant with a hands-on mentality to support us in the daily sales process, manage follow-ups, follow up on appointments, and even pick up the phone.

Responsibilities

• Sales Assistance & Follow-up: You will accompany our sales process: from follow-ups on cold emails to appointment scheduling and first introductory meetings with potential customers. You will call qualified leads and ensure that no inquiry is left unanswered.
• CRM & Process Maintenance: You will maintain our CRM, keep deals up to date, and ensure that follow-ups occur at the right time.
• Marketing & Public Appearance: You will coordinate our organic content marketing blog, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts and ensure that our public appearance remains professional.
• Recruiting: You will review incoming applications and conduct initial interviews with applicants.
• Event and Partner Coordination: You will organize our own event series "Pre Com," coordinate co-marketing activities with Klaviyo, and support the planning and implementation of trade show appearances.

Qualification

• Level: You have already gained initial experience in a sales assistant, project coordination, or marketing role or you convince us with your organizational talent, reliability, and communicative style on the phone.
• Communication: You are not afraid to contact people by phone whether it's to make an appointment, follow up on leads, or for event arrangements.
• Tools: Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and CRM systems are no new territory for you. If you have already worked with Klaviyo or Make.com, that is a plus.
• Education / Degree: Irrelevant what matters is what you can do today and how well you fit into our team.
• Languages: Very good German in speech and writing is a prerequisite, good English skills are advantageous.
