Identify and evaluate opportunities for optimizing existing technologies, programs, or processes. Identify and evaluate opportunities for implementing new and innovative technologies, programs, or processes. Lead the implementation of optimization and innovation projects within the organization. Monitor emerging trends that drive the implementation of new technologies and processes. Provide guidance and support to leadership in developing an innovations roadmap aligned with organizational goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for growth and improvement. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.
