Pay Range: $41.66 - $58.69

The Project Manager supports projects of varying complexity, including program development, expansion initiatives, strategic affiliations, and care improvements. This role involves collaboration with internal teams and external partners, requiring frequent travel and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project scope, schedule, cost, risks, and resources
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Lead meetings and facilitate stakeholder collaboration
  • Maintain project documentation and status reports
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in relevant field or Bachelor's with additional experience
  • At least two years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Supervisory or leadership experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Certifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
  • CAPM certification required within 3 months if PMP not held; PMP required within 2 years of hire

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

Additional Information: This is a full-time, mid-senior level position based in Juneau, AK, with a salary range of $41.66 - $58.69 per hour. The role may require travel and involves significant coordination across departments and external partners.
