Job DescriptionSalary:THIS IS A HYBRID POSITION!Lead Construction RepresentativeRequirements and ResponsibilitiesSchedules all site surveys, inspections, and reviews inspection reports to ensure adherence to project specifications.Responsibilities also include:Assisting field operations,Approving expenses,Approving overtime claims,Preparing summary reports.Coordinates subcontractor scheduling and resolves day-to-day issues.Directly supervises workers on construction or installation projects.Ensures work conforms to standards, plans, and schedules, and that all safety policies and procedures are enforced.Monitors the productivity of workers and the quality of work performed.Supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes.May produce daily time and labor reports.Contributes to the development of processes and procedures.Education:Typically requires a high school diploma.Typically reports to a supervisor or manager, specifically the Construction Program Manager.Experience:Typically requires 5 years of experience in the related area as an individual contributor.1 to 3 years of supervisory experience required.Other DutiesPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
