The Alaska Court System is accepting applications for a Court Supervisor 2 (Assistant Supervisor) (salary range 13).
The Position
This position will assist with supervising staff and operations in the Probate/Children's Division of the Anchorage Trial Courts. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, performance evaluations, planning, organizing, and assigning work within the division. You will provide guidance on technical work, clarify policies, evaluate work, and train new employees. Monitoring trainee progress, preparing documentation on work performance, and assisting in training plans are also key duties.
You will respond to inquiries from court personnel, attorneys, agencies, and the public; perform subordinate duties; and cross-train to assist other divisions.
Work Hours
Full-time employees work 37.5 hours/week, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with a one-hour lunch.

High school diploma or GED + two years of office clerical work experience.
